“At the heart of Ocean Beach, the beach!  Most public amenities are centered around the south end of Newport Avenue.  The OB Pier extends south from Niagara Avenue reaching out into the waves in a T.  Fishing is allowed on this municipal pier without a license, and I am always on call for advice to anglers…” Sandbag C. Gull

The Pier is easily accessible from Niagara & paved in cement, making it accessible to most.  It can also be reached from steps rising from the public parking area at Newport & Abbot Street.
