This area of the beach is impassable during high & higher tides. See last photo below. Limited parking in area, on Neptune (one-way, heading north) or on a side street.

Logistics
- Lifeguard services → if any ← varies by season, day, hours, even weather!
- There are no bathroom or shower facilities
- Parking is available in a small lot, in addition to limited street parking in the vicinity.
- Access is via a sidewalk path and a wooden staircase that descends approximately 4 stories.
- There is a shower spigot at the base of the steps
- At high tide the beach is completely obscured, and water reaches the steps
Directions
Take Interstate 5 to Leucadia: head west on La Costa Avenue and south along 101 to Grandview Street. Follow Grandview west and then north along Neptune to a small parking area.
